Hey everyone! This September Reflorestar Portugal will be leading a a super interesting course: ECOHealing – Caring for the People and the Planet.
This 10 day course will explore how we can better connect to ourselves, our communities, and our ecosystems. This means putting an emphasis not only on the the ecology of the world around us, but also our internal ecology which will provide participants with tools they can use to become balanced healers and regenerators of nature.
You should also know that this course is funded by Erasmus, which means that the majority of expenses will be covered, and is a wonderful opportunity to meet people from all over Europe. Remember, though, slots are limited!
Where Will it Take Place?
The course will take place in the agroecologic project of Soajo in the small village of Soajo, Portugal.

How much will it Cost?
Travel to Portugal as well as the cost of food and your stay will be completely covered by Erasmus. Which means that each person will have only to pay 150 euro to cover the course’s other expenses.
Who Can Apply?
Our slots are open to people traveling from The Netherlands. However, through other partners there are also slots open to people traveling from Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia, and Slovenia.
Program and Activities
The training will consist of theoretical and practical activities as well as reflection and sharing sessions that focus on:
- The individual: The relation of our health with the health of our soils Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, Meditation, Self-Awareness, Chinese Medicine, Nutrition, Phytotherapy, Natural Cosmetics.
- The Collective: We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for. Activities of team building, group decisions, group sharings, community building such as Dragon Dreaming, Sociocracy and Non-Violent Communication.
- The Ecosystem: Ecological Restoration Activities related to environmental regeneration, using Permaculture, Agroforestry and Reforestation.
